Love of Something Like It - autographed by Kenny Roger's Bloodline band members. Condition is Used. I worked at Cherry Lane Music back in the 1980's in the copyright department. We printed Kenny Roger's music. I handled all the copyrights for the company from 1980 - 1990. When Kenny came to New York to perform, the Bloodline members, Steve Glassmeyer, Chuck Jacobs, Gene Golden, and Edgar Struble, came into my office. They personally autographed the sheet music. I had it tacked on my wall in my office until I left the company, hence the hole in the upper left hand corner of the sheet music. Very unique and extremely rare Kenny Roger's key tour musicians autograph together on "Love or Something Like It" sheet music. One of a kind!!!! Normal wear and tear for this vintage piece of music history!
About Bloodline:
Although Rogers has used many session musicians to play instruments on his recordings, he has been backed on tours by the group Bloodline since 1976. The group originally started as a three-piece. In The Journey (a 2006 documentary about his career) Rogers said he did not understand singers that changed their touring band every year, and that he sticks with Bloodline as they already "know the songs". Members of Bloodline have included Steve Glassmeyer, Chuck Jacobs, Randy Dorman, Gene Golden, Bobby Daniels, Rick Harper, Edgar Struble, Warren Hartman, Gene Sisk, Brian Franklin, Mike Zimmerman and Amber Randall.

The song was written by Rogers and Steven Glassmeyer (a member of Rogers's backing band) and was Kenny Rogers's third number one on the country chart. In 1978, the single stayed at number one for one week on Billboard's US Hot Country Songs and spent a total of 12 weeks on Billboard's country music and easy listening charts.
